S. Armstrong Fernando is the President and Managing Trustee of Nesakkarangal Charitable Trust. He hails from Rameswaram island, Tamil Nadu and belongs to traditional fishing family. He has always been keen to work for the for the upliftment of physically challenged, fishing community, farming community and other oppressed sections of the society by improving their employability, empowerment of women and children. He has 10 years of experience in social work.
